How do I sign up for donorato?
With UNLIMITED importing and searching, donorato allows you to import your entire database and search the entire donorato universe for no cost - all you have to do is register!
Registering is free and only requires:
- Name
- Organization Name
- Organization Website

How do I find donor and prospect data?
Once registered, you can search the entire donorato universe for donors and prospects (prospect profiles) as many times you want - for free! Your search results show you identifiers like name and location. When you're ready to see full details, you can purchase a profile for one (1) credit.
How do I purchase credits?
donorato uses credits to streamline the purchasing process. Buy some credits that never expire, and use them to unlock profiles.
One (1) credit is equal to one (1) Prospect Profile:
- $20 = 20 credits (or 20 Prospect Profiles)
- $50 = 60 credits (or 60 Prospect Profiles)
- $75 = 100 credits (or 100 Prospect Profiles)

After you register for a free account (not a trial account) you get full access to upload, perform discovery analysis, and generate & share unlimited donorato Reports on your donors and prospects, as well as prospects from the donorato universe. There's no credit card required, your account never expires, and you never lose access to the data - even if you decide to never pay anything.

What is included when I use a credit to purchase a Prospect Profile?
After you've built a list (or lists) and viewed the donorato Report on the donors and prospects, you will need to pay to see the full details on the donors and prospects in your list. When you're ready to view the full details on each donor or prospect, buy some credits, and click on the details link. You will use one (1) credit for each donor or prospect you view the full details on. You will only pay once, no matter how many times you view the donor or prospect, and you will have full access to the full details forever. You will also receive free updates to the donor or prospect for one full year from the time you redeem the credit.
